We partner with major enterprises, including FTSE 100 firms, to turn technology into a catalyst for growth, resilience, and innovation.

We are growing fast and are now looking for a Project Manager to join our high-performing consulting practice. If you’ve supported or delivered complex platform implementation programmes, navigated regulated environments, and understand the importance of structured, well-controlled delivery - this role is for you.

We have a satellite office in London and are headquartered in the North Midlands. Due to the nature of our work, we operate a remote first/hybrid policy, with occasional travel to both client and DigX offices.

The Opportunity

As a Project Manager at DigX, you’ll play a key role in the delivery of large-scale transformation programmes, helping to bring structure, organisation, and control to complex initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior consultants, analysts, and client stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and manage delivery activity, ensuring workstreams are aligned, risks are managed, and progress is clearly tracked. This is a delivery focused role, combining project management discipline with exposure to complex, high-impact programmes in regulated environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivery & Project Management
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of projects or defined workstreams
  • Plan and manage delivery timelines, milestones, and dependencies
  • Track progress, risks, issues, and actions with clear reporting and escalation
  • Coordinate activity across business, data, and technology teams
  • Support delivery during key phases such as migrations and cutovers
  • Governance & Control
    • Apply delivery governance frameworks, controls, and reporting standards
    • Support governance forums, steering groups, and project checkpoints
    • Help maintain clear documentation, reporting packs, and delivery artefacts
    • Ensure alignment to agreed delivery plans, priorities, and outcomes
  • Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
    • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and team ceremonies
    • Work closely with Business Analysts, technical teams, and client stakeholders
    • Provide clear, structured communication across delivery teams
    • Help manage expectations and ensure visibility of delivery status
  • Consulting Contribution
    • Contribute to delivery approaches, tools, and best practices
    • Support continuous improvement in delivery structure and control
    • Identify risks and challenges early, with practical mitigation approaches

    What You’ll Bring

    • Experience as a Project Manager ideally within Life & Pensions or a regulated environment
    • Exposure to end-to-end transformation, migration, or platform implementation programmes
    • Strong project planning, coordination, and organisational skills
    • Experience managing or supporting delivery governance, risks, and reporting
    • Confidence working across business and technology teams
    • Clear, structured communication and a collaborative approach
    • A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

    Nice to Have

    • Experience within Life & Pensions or similar regulated industries
    • Exposure to data migration or transformation programmes
    • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
