We partner with major enterprises, including FTSE 100 firms, to turn technology into a catalyst for growth, resilience, and innovation.
We are growing fast, and we’re now looking for a Business Analyst to join our high-performing consulting practice. If you’ve worked across pension products, legacy data, platform migrations, and regulated delivery, and you understand how to bring clarity and structure to complex change - this role is for you.
We have a satellite office in London and are headquartered in the North Midlands. Due to the nature of our work, we operate a remote first/hybrid policy, with occasional travel to both client and DigX offices.

You’ll work closely with senior consultants, client stakeholders, and delivery teams to support analysis and migration activities, contribute to governance and assurance, and help ensure high-quality outcomes in regulated environments.
This is an applied role that combines analytical thinking, attention to detail, and exposure to complex delivery, with the opportunity to grow your consulting capability and take on increasing responsibility over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting workshops and migration-focused analysis activities
- Gathering, documenting, and refining requirements in complex environments
- Contributing to migration approach, governance, and delivery planning
- Helping define outcomes, KPIs, and success measures
- Supporting analysis and migration workstreams as part of a wider delivery team
- Assisting in the development of governance, controls, and tracking mechanisms
- Contributing to data mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Supporting integration activities between legacy and target platforms
- Identifying risks and dependencies, with clear escalation where needed
- Producing clear, accurate documentation and supporting assurance activities
- Contributing to reusable assets, frameworks, and delivery best practice
What You’ll Bring

- Exposure to data-heavy or migration-led programmes
- Understanding of requirements gathering, data mapping, and validation processes
- Experience working across legacy and target platforms
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
- Confidence working with a range of stakeholders across business and delivery teams
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn within complex programmes
Why Join DigX?
