We’re hiring an Azure Integration Support Engineer to join our cloud operations team. This hybrid role focuses on supporting Azure-based integrations, driving automation, and enhancing service reliability across enterprise systems.

Your Impact as an Azure Integration Support Engineer

  • Tier 2/3 escalations using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management
  • Troubleshoot complex integration issues using Azure Monitor, KQL, and Application Insights
  • Build PowerShell scripts and Power Automate flows for self-healing integrations and secret rotation
  • Create Power BI dashboards and automated monitoring solutions for SLA reporting
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and manage environment promotions
  • Apply Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Azure Information Protection policies
  • Conduct monthly service-health reviews with business stakeholders
  • Mentor junior analysts on Azure Integration Services and ITIL best practices

What You Bring as an Azure Integration Support Engineer

  • 5+ years Microsoft integrations experience (3+ years Azure Integration Services)
  • Strong Azure Pipelines CI/CD, PowerShell, KQL, and Application Insights skills
  • ITIL processes and service management experience
  • Power Platform and Azure security tools knowledge
  • Excellent communication across technical and business teams

Nice to Have as an Azure Integration Support Engineer

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations
  • Certifications: AZ-400, AZ-204, SC-200, ITIL 4 Foundation
  • Familiarity with Zero-Trust security models and ISO 27001 frameworks
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps
