What the role involves:

You will support adults with a range of complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, dementia, mental health conditions and challenging behaviours. This is a busy, high‑energy role where no two days are the same. You will help people stay safe, build independence and work towards everyday goals that make a real difference to their lives.

Working pattern:

Due to the nature of the service operating 24/7, you will be required to work any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, which will include a mix of weekdays and weekends.

Through our divisions, Dignus Specialist Care and Dignus Support, we offer residential care and supported living for individuals with autistic spectrum disorders, mental health conditions, physical and sensory disabilities and complex behavioural needs. This role requires previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours. We are looking for people who can bring:

  • A genuine passion for helping people live more independent lives.
