Dignus Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our residential children's service in Birmingham. You will provide day-to-day care, build trusting relationships and support young people aged 14-18 with autism, learning disabilities and additional complex needs.
You'll work as part of a caring team, follow care plans, help with daily activities, education and health appointments, and contribute to a safe, nurturing home environment where each young person can reach their potential.
