What the role involves:

You will manage an 8‑bedded service supporting adults with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical and sensory disabilities and challenging behaviours. Your role is to create a warm, active and engaging home where people can thrive — a place filled with structure, meaningful activities, new experiences and a sense of belonging.

You will:

  • Lead and support a dedicated staff team
  • Develop detailed care plans tailored to each individual
  • Build a strong, stable team through recruitment, induction and development
  • Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations
  • Work closely with families, carers and professionals
  • Uphold high standards of safeguarding and quality
  • Support HR processes such as investigations and disciplinaries
  • Take part in the on‑call rota
