Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate, personalised support to families, helping them arrange funeral services that honour their loved ones.
  • Coordinate with third parties (doctors, crematoriums, churches, cemeteries, coroners, florists, transport providers, and catering services when required) to manage all aspects of funeral arrangements.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing paperwork, keeping accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies.
  • Coordinate all aspects of funeral services, ensuring every arrangement is in place and all products/services are clearly explained to clients.
  • Prepare the chapel and the deceased for visits, ensuring the environment is welcoming and respectful.
  • Be flexible and mobile across the brand.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable interacting with clients face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and care.
  • Empathetic and supportive customer care, even in sensitive and emotional situations.

  • Holidays: 22-25 Days + Bank Holidays
  • Pension Scheme
  • Life Assurance: x2
  • Free Uniform Provided: Includes dry cleaning
  • Development Opportunities: Access to internal apprenticeships and personal development schemes
