Build digital products that matter, when it matters most. We’re looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of one of our fastest-growing digital businesses, Simplicity, our direct-to-consumer funeral plan offering. This is a unique opportunity to own the end-to-end digital customer journey in a highly regulated, emotionally sensitive category, where your work will directly impact how customers make some of the most important decisions in life.

About the Role

You’ll take full ownership of the consumer-facing website and purchase journey, driving improvements in conversion, lead generation and customer experience. Working closely with Engineering, Sales and Marketing, you’ll shape and deliver a roadmap that balances commercial performance, customer needs and regulatory requirements. This is not just a product delivery role; you’ll be at the heart of growth. From optimising digital funnels today to launching new products and service lines tomorrow, you’ll play a key role in how we scale Simplicity over the coming years.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and optimise the end-to-end website journey, improving conversion and lead quality.
  • Define and deliver a product roadmap focused on growth, performance and customer experience.
  • Work closely with Engineering teams to bring products and features to life.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to understand performance and drive improvements.
  • Use data to continuously refine journeys, pricing and product positioning.
  • Support the development of new products and services, including future expansion into Legal Services.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven Product Manager with experience in digital, customer-facing environments.
  • Strong background in conversion-focused products (web, e-commerce, lead generation).
  • Comfortable working across Engineering, Marketing and Commercial teams.
  • Experience in regulated sectors such as Financial Services, Insurance or FinTech preferred.
  • Commercially minded, with a focus on driving growth and measurable impact.

Why join us

  • Competitive annual salary.
  • Other benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, 10% annual company bonus, 2x life assurance, pension scheme, private healthcare, and hybrid flexible working.
  • Hybrid working, with time in the office to collaborate where it adds most value.
  • Own a high-impact product with clear growth ambitions.
  • Work in a business going through a significant transformation and investment.
  • Be part of a team where your decisions directly influence performance and customer outcomes.
  • Opportunity to build and expand product offerings in a rapidly evolving space.
