The Opportunity:
- Own the strategy, P&L and performance of our combined legal services business - a platform spanning probate, wills, lasting power of attorney and funeral planning.
- Accelerate growth, expand partnerships, launch new products and establish ourselves as the clear category winner.
- Target double-digit revenue and profit growth.

What You'll Do:
- Own the Legal Services P&L and drive ambitious, sustained revenue and profit growth.
- Scale our probate, wills, and LPA - launching new digital products, improving customer journeys and outpacing the competition.
- Build and deepen strategic partnerships with charities, commercial organisations and digital platforms.
- Lead and inspire high-performing, cross-functional teams across legal, commercial, product and operations.
- Ensure robust compliance with FCA and SRA requirements.
- Represent the business externally - with regulators, industry bodies and strategic partners.
What We're Looking For:
- A proven senior executive with full P&L accountability and a track record of scaling high-growth, customer-facing businesses.
- Commercially hungry and results-driven.
- Legally trained - a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with experience across probate, wills and LPAs.
