The Head of Product, Pricing & Performance is a pivotal commercial leadership role with direct access to the Managing Director. You will own and shape the product and pricing strategy for a national, multi-site estate, with a mandate to accelerate revenue growth across cremation services, memorials and cemeteries. You will create tiered, differentiated propositions spanning accessible value through to premium, strengthen pricing governance, and unlock new revenue streams. You will serve as a key commercial partner to the MD, identifying performance trends, pinpointing underperformance, and developing strategies to drive growth. Working across Operations, Marketing and Finance, you will translate insight and data into delivery, bringing focus, clarity and momentum to the initiatives that will define CMG's next phase.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Owning end-to-end product and pricing strategy across memorials, cemeteries and cremation services, with continuous optimisation to drive revenue, margin and competitive positioning.
- Developing tiered product ranges that improve customer choice, conversion and revenue per transaction.
- Taking accountability for revenue growth across CMG's three key verticals and building a commercial culture where performance data drives decision-making.
- Leading the development of new products and services, including digital and experience-led offerings, testing and scaling at pace.
- Designing and delivering compelling propositions across all customer segments, with a specific focus on premium and luxury.
- Collaborating with Operations, Marketing and Finance to align products, pricing and conversion activity across the estate.
- Ensuring all pricing and product decisions are correctly governed, compliant with regulatory requirements, and implemented consistently.
