Behind that service excellence sits a complex technology landscape – and we’re now looking for a Head of Business Systems to lead, modernise and optimise the platforms that underpin our organisation.

This is a senior leadership role with real scope: you’ll own the strategy, stability and evolution of our enterprise and line‑of‑business systems, leading high‑performing teams and working closely with Finance, HR, Operations and Commercial colleagues to deliver measurable business value.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Enterprise systems leadership – setting the strategy, roadmap and operating model for Business Systems, ensuring predictable delivery, strong governance and continuous improvement.
  • Finance systems ownership – accountable for Oracle E‑Business Suite, partnering with Finance to improve controls, reporting, automation and audit readiness.
  • HR systems – owning and enhancing HR platforms to simplify processes and ensure high‑quality people data across the organisation.
  • CRM transformation – leading the delivery and adoption of a new CRM solution, from implementation and integration through to benefits realisation.
  • Specialist operational systems – owning and improving funeral and crematoria line‑of‑business platforms.
