What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a senior health and safety leadership role, ideally in a multi-site or complex operational environment.
- In-depth knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and best practice.
- A track record of driving cultural change, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) essential; further qualifications (NVQ Level 5/6, IOSH Trainer, IIRSM membership) are a plus.
- Outstanding communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
