Dignity is seeking a qualified, visionary Head of Health & Safety to join our Property Team, a role that is absolutely pivotal to our ongoing success and operational integrity. You’ll be the architect of our safety culture, responsible for safeguarding our people, ensuring regulatory excellence, and driving innovation across all our sites.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in a senior health and safety leadership role, ideally in a multi-site or complex operational environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and best practice.
  • A track record of driving cultural change, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) essential; further qualifications (NVQ Level 5/6, IOSH Trainer, IIRSM membership) are a plus.
  • Outstanding communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
