Our Cluster Managers play a vital role in developing our funeral brands and high-performing teams across multiple sites in the region. They help us to achieve our vision to be the most trusted, respected and valued end of life service provider in the UK.

Qualifications
- Have previous multi-site management experience leading multiple brands and teams to success.
- Can continuously embed a positive, engaging, and inclusive working environment where collaboration is key.
- Have operated in a customer‑centric role that has delivered exceptional client service levels.
- Have demonstrable leadership and management capability and are comfortable working within a changing environment.
- Can demonstrate the ability to create, implement and deliver strategic growth and performance in the community in which they operate.
- Are an agile, well‑organised, and motivational leader who can engage, coach and develop individuals to deliver results.
- Have strong commercial acumen and can understand and implement practices that make a business successful.
- Can effectively manage costs and operate in a regulated environment.
- Have a full UK Manual Driving Licence - Site travel is included in this role.
