Are you currently working as a Treasury Assistant, Cash Management Assistant or a Senior Finance Assistant and looking for that next step in your career? We're looking for a Treasury & Cash Management Lead to take ownership of our day‑to‑day treasury operations, banking relationships, cash controls and forecasting support. We're seeking a hands‑on treasury professional who wants to build on their experience, increase their level of responsibility, and take a natural next step into a broader, more influential position.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Treasury or Finance Assistant to take ownership of an important business function, gain exposure to senior stakeholders, and build leadership skills by overseeing and supporting a Treasury Assistant while remaining hands‑on in the day‑to‑day operation. You’ll have the chance to develop your treasury expertise, increase your commercial exposure, and play a key role in helping the business manage cash effectively and efficiently.

Why Join Us

You’ll have ownership of critical treasury activities across the organisation, reporting to the Head of Transactional Finance and working closely with Commercial teams, FP&A and external banking partners. You’ll gain exposure to senior stakeholders and play an important role in supporting business decisions through accurate cash visibility, forecasting insights and strong financial controls. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to move beyond processing and administration into a role where they can take genuine ownership, influence outcomes and make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing daily cash positions, liquidity and payment activities across multiple accounts.
  • Acting as the primary contact for banking partners, payment providers and third‑party platforms.
  • Overseeing bank account administration, mandates, access controls and compliance requirements.
  • Supporting cashflow forecasting through analysis, insight and collaboration with Commercial and FP&A teams.
  • Strengthening treasury controls, governance frameworks and fraud prevention measures.
  • Managing KYC processes, audit requirements and treasury documentation.
  • Identifying risks, challenging assumptions and providing recommendations to improve cash visibility.
  • Driving process improvements, automation initiatives and treasury transformation projects to enhance efficiency and reporting.

About You

We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and wants to continue developing their career within treasury and finance operations. You may currently be:

  • A Treasury Assistant ready for a step up.
  • A Senior Finance Assistant looking for greater responsibility.
  • A Cash Management or Banking Operations professional seeking a broader remit.
  • A Finance professional with strong treasury exposure who wants to specialise further.

You’ll Bring

  • Experience within treasury, cash management, banking operations or a similar finance environment.
  • Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, payment processes and cash controls.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence communicating with both internal stakeholders and external banking partners.
  • Strong Excel and systems skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and finding better ways of working.

If you’re someone who enjoys operational finance, working closely with senior stakeholders, improving processes, and becoming the go‑to expert on cash management, we’d love to hear from you.
