Dignity is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for a designated region.

This hybrid role combines regional relationship-building with hands-on sourcing, interviewing and process improvements to elevate the candidate experience.

You will partner with Heads of Region and Department Heads, manage a varied caseload across volume and complex roles, and help develop apprenticeship pathways while ensuring compliance and data-driven insights.
