The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief People and Transformation Officer, you will sit on the People Leadership Team.
You'll lead a team responsible for HR systems, administration, analytics and service delivery whilst ensuring the function is scalable, efficient and fit for future growth.

- Developing and delivering the HR Services strategy.
- Modernising HR operations through automation, workflow improvements and self‑service.
- Creating simple, scalable and highly effective employee and manager experiences.
