What You'll Be Doing As a trusted advisor to managers and colleagues across the organisation, you'll provide expert guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters, helping to minimise risk while delivering practical, people-focused solutions. Key responsibilities include: * Managing employee relations casework from start to finish, including investigations, hearings and outcomes. * Advising and coaching managers on performance, probation and employee relations matters. * Supporting the delivery of people initiatives through data, insights and reporting. * Delivering and supporting people management training across the business. * Building collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and wider People team. * Supporting the delivery of a positive people agenda throughout the employee lifecycle. What we're looking for We're looking for someone who combines robust employee relations expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills and a genuine passion for helping people succeed.
