This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR or ER professional who enjoys building strong relationships, solving complex people challenges and influencing positive outcomes. What You'll Be Doing As a trusted advisor to managers and colleagues across the organisation, you'll provide expert guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters, helping to minimise risk while delivering practical, people-focused solutions. Key responsibilities include: * Managing employee relations casework from start to finish, including investigations, hearings and outcomes. * Advising and coaching managers on performance, probation and employee relations matters. * Supporting the delivery of people initiatives through data, insights and reporting. * Delivering and supporting people management training across the business. * Building collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and wider People team. * Supporting the delivery of a positive people agenda throughout the employee lifecycle.
