Location: Hybrid - Maidenhead, Berkshire (flexible working, 3 days in office per week)

Build digital products that matter, when it matters most. We're looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of one of our fastest-growing digital businesses, Simplicity, our direct-to-consumer funeral plan offering. This is a unique opportunity to own the end-to-end digital customer journey in a highly regulated, emotionally sensitive category, where your work will directly impact how customers make some of the most important decisions in life.

About the Role

You'll take full ownership of the consumer-facing website and purchase journey, driving improvements in conversion, lead generation and customer experience. Working closely with Engineering, Sales and Marketing, you'll shape and deliver a roadmap that balances commercial performance, customer needs and regulatory requirements. This is not just a product delivery role; you'll be at the heart of growth. From optimising digital funnels today to launching new products and service lines tomorrow, you'll play a key role in how we scale Simplicity over the coming years.
