What You'll Be Doing

You'll lead the delivery of accurate, compliant and customer-focused payroll services across Dignity, ensuring our colleagues receive an exceptional experience every month. Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring payrolls are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Acting as the subject matter expert for payroll, pensions, HMRC compliance and statutory requirements.
  • Leading and developing the payroll team, creating a high-performance culture.
