We are looking for a commercially driven, people-focused Business Leader to take full ownership of one of our Crematoria sites - The Counties Crematorium in Northampton. This is a true general management role with autonomy, variety, and purpose. You will lead a multi-skilled team, deliver improvement projects, grow commercial performance, and be the visible leader in your local community - all while ensuring families receive exceptional care at life's most important moments.

What you will be doing:

  • Owning the overall performance of your crematorium - commercially, operationally, and culturally
  • Leading, developing, and motivating a cross-functional team, setting clear expectations and coaching for performance
  • Driving growth across cremation volumes and memorial sales with full P&L accountability
  • Planning and delivering site-level projects and improvements that enhance service, efficiency, and revenue
  • Building strong, trusted B2B relationships with local funeral directors
  • Acting as the face of your site within the community, leading engagement and local initiatives
