We are looking for a Senior Performance Manager to partner closely with the Managing Director of our Funeral Division, bringing clarity, insight and challenge to how the business performs, and helping drive better outcomes for both our colleagues and the families we serve.

The Role

This is not a traditional reporting role. You will act as the performance lens for the Division, connecting financial results, operational activity and commercial drivers to ensure leaders have a clear, fact-based view of performance, and the confidence to act on it.

Working across Operations, Finance, Pricing and regional leadership, you will:

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insight.
  • Bring discipline and structure to how performance is tracked and managed.
  • Provide challenge and support to drive performance improvements.
