Change that families will feel.
Most transformation programmes change how a business runs. This one changes what happens for a family on the day someone they love has passed.
At Life Services Group , we're the UK's leading end-of-life company. We help one in three people across the UK plan for and deal with death, and our mission is to help every family in Britain through the hardest moments of life with simplicity, dignity, kindness and exceptional care.

When decisions change, you'll make sure everyone knows what it means for timing, scope, colleagues and operations.
Make the change stick. Testing, readiness, training, cutover and rollout are built into your plans from day one, not bolted on at the end. You'll pull together readiness evidence from central and operational teams, support pilots and early-life support, and see issues through to closure. Above all, you'll make sure the people doing the work on the frontline shape how the change i...
