When they search, we want them to find us. Not with clickbait or hard-sell, but with clear, honest information that helps at exactly the right moment. That's where you come in.
The Role
You'll own our paid media across Google, Microsoft, Meta, Taboola and beyond, and turn data into decisions that help more people find the support they need. You'll work closely with senior marketing leaders, so your ideas won't sit in a backlog. If you spot something worth testing, you'll test it. If it works, you'll help shape where we go next.
This isn't PPC for the sake of clicks. The people seeing our ads might be grieving, worried, or trying to do the right thing for their family. Getting the message right matters, and so does getting the numbers right.
What you'll do Run and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, Taboola and other platforms.
Dig into performance data and turn it into practical improvements that grow ROI and bring in new customers.
Research keywords and write ad copy and creative briefs that are clear, kind and plain-speaking, never pushy.
Use AI tools to sharpen targeting, optimisation and insight.
