Dignity is one of the UK's leading providers of funeral services, committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to the families we serve. With significant investment in digital transformation underway, we are rolling out our new FireHawk system across the country, and we are looking for a capable and engaging Learning & Development Trainer to ensure our teams are fully equipped to embrace this change.
About the Role
As a Learning & Development Trainer, you'll design and deliver impactful training programmes to help colleagues confidently use new systems and develop professionally. You'll play a key role in embedding FireHawk - our new operational platform - while also driving a positive learning culture across a highly diverse, field-based workforce.
You will work closely with our IT Training Manager, operational teams, and stakeholders at all levels, delivering both in-person and remote training interventions throughout the UK. We aim to deliver two training sessions per day and each training hub assignment will last approximately 6-8 weeks before moving to the next regional location.
