- Specialist operational systems - owning and improving funeral and crematoria line‑of‑business platforms that support front‑line operations and customer journeys.
- Integration, data and reporting - driving a coherent integration strategy, improving data quality and enabling consistent operational and financial insight.
- Service, risk and vendor management - ensuring robust application support, effective supplier performance and strong compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements.
You’ll lead a multi‑disciplinary function including software development, data engineering and business analysis, creating a culture focused on service excellence, delivery discipline and pragmatic innovation.
What We’re Looking For
- Has significant experience leading enterprise applications or business systems functions, including people leadership.
- Brings hands‑on understanding of Oracle E‑Business Suite in a finance context.
- Has delivered and embedded CRM platforms, including migration, integration and user adoption.
- Has experience improving HR systems (HRIS) in partnership with HR teams.
- Is confident operating in regulated, customer‑facing environments and managing risk, controls and governance.
- Is commercially minded, outcome‑focused and comfortable balancing strategic vision with hands‑on delivery.
- Thrives in complex, cross‑functional environments and builds trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
Why join us
