We’re looking for a Workplace Technology & Infrastructure Manager to lead the evolution of our digital workplace and infrastructure environment across the UK. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll drive modernisation, improve end‑user experience, and ensure our workplace technology and infrastructure services are secure, reliable, and future‑ready. You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership, guiding teams through change while delivering tangible improvements across a complex, multi‑site organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the delivery of Workplace Technology and Infrastructure services, including:
- End User Computing
- Telephony, Unified Communications and Contact Centre technology
- Meeting room and Teams Rooms technology
- Core infrastructure and networking services
What We’re Looking For
This role would suit an experienced Workplace Technology, Digital Workplace, or Infrastructure Manager who thrives in environments where they can drive meaningful change. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience leading digital workplace, end‑user computing, or infrastructure teams in a multi‑site, UK‑wide organisation.
- A strong track record of delivering workplace technology and infrastructure modernisation programmes.
- Strong understanding of PC & Apple hardware & operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS, printers, and peripheral devices).
- Deep experience with Microsoft 365, including collaboration, identity, security, and endpoint management.
- Technical confidence across modern and legacy environments, including cloud, networking, devices, and unified communications (including VoIP systems and cloud UC / Contact Centres Services).
- Familiarity with mobile and tablet management (Intune, Omnissa Workspace One Mobile Device Management).
- Relevant certifications are highly desirable (e.g., CCNP, CISSP, Microsoft 365 and Azure certifications (e.g., MS-900, AZ-900), ITIL).
- Experience leading teams, developing capability, and building a customer‑focused culture.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively from frontline colleagues through to senior leadership.
- A structured, proactive approach to problem‑solving, planning, and delivery.
