Contract: Full-Time, Permanent – 38.75 hours per week (shift work with 1 in every 4 Saturdays).

Location: Head Office, Birmingham (On-Site).

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (OTE – On Target Earnings).

Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls from potential customers inquiring about Dignity’s services, adapting your approach to align with each customer’s unique needs and circumstances.
  • Proactively reach out to potential or existing customers to introduce our offerings and generate interest.
  • Stay up to date with Dignity’s product offerings, services, and procedures by attending regular training sessions and briefings.
  • Work 5 days a week on a rota basis, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Follow a mandatory script to comply with FCA guidelines.
  • Provide clear, concise, and prompt information to potential members in a way that follows a TCF approach.
Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience is considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, consistently meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
  • Strong capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise responsibilities, and deliver exceptional results.
  • Flexible and cooperative team player with a can‑do attitude, the ability to take initiative and celebrate and contribute to the success of others.
  • Committed to understanding and fulfilling customer requirements efficiently and within agreed timelines.
