Full-time, Permanent | Maidenhead (Hybrid) | Up to £60,000 per annum

We're building a category-defining probate business: one that delivers a radically better experience for families, while scaling with the rigour of a modern tech company.

You'll support the end-to-end delivery of probate for thousands of clients each year, while working closely with product, technology and operations to continuously improve how we scale. Supporting with a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters, from simple through to high-value and complex.

  • Communicating directly with clients as we take them through the process, setting clear expectations and delivering a world-class service.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents: IHT forms, grant applications, estate accounts.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product, tech and customer service to improve service delivery.
  • Leading or contributing to process-improvement initiatives, including legal-tech and AI integration.
  • Representing the legal team in cross-departmental projects and client escalations.

You're a qualified Solicitor, Paralegal or Chartered Legal Executive with solid experience in probate. If you're the kind of person who wants to look back in five years and say, 'I helped build that', we'd like to hear from you.

Annual salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience
