Hours: 40 hours per week, working Monday - Friday 07:00 - 16:30, Friday 07:00 - 11:00

Salary: £28,308.80 per annum (+ Production Bonus of up to £5,000 per annum)
Fixed Shutdown Holidays: Including Easter week, 2 weeks in August, October half-term, and 1 week at Christmas, plus additional days awarded for long service.

As a key member of our manufacturing team in Driffield, you will play an important role in creating beautifully crafted coffins that uphold the high standards of quality and dignity our clients rely on.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Support the full coffin manufacturing process - from building and assembling to finishing and quality checking.
- Manufacturing coffins using wood, lacquers, soft goods, and other materials.
- Assembling components and applying finishes such as sanding, staining, or spraying.
- Conducting quality checks throughout the process.
- Operating tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and productive working environment.
- Supporting continuous improvement and team productivity.
What we're looking for:
- Prior experience working within a manufacturing, woodworking or machinery operation is beneficial but not essential.
- Great attention to detail and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
- CNC trained or certified would be preferable.
- Confident working with tools and machinery (training provided).
- Physical stamina for hands-on work and standing for extended periods.
- Works well in a team and communicates clearly.
- Safety-conscious, reliable, and motivated to do meaningful work.
