Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (38.75 hours per week)
Location: Maidenhead, Berkshire (Hybrid)

We\’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Maidenhead. This hybrid role is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who\’s ready to take ownership, experiment with cutting-edge tools, and grow into a more senior role.

What will you get involved in?

  • Plan, launch and optimise paid search, display and social campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy and manage creative assets for digital display.
  • Apply AI tools to improve targeting, automate optimisation and generate performance insights.
  • Own campaign reporting-extract and consolidate data, translate data into clear, actionable recommendations using visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with CRM, SEO, content and web teams to align paid media with broader marketing efforts.
  • Assist with website updates, landing page creation and SEO improvements to support acquisition and conversion.
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
  • Monitor budgets and campaign spend to ensure delivery against targets and KPIs.

What we are looking for…

  • A self-starter with a passion for digital marketing/performance optimisation.
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads and Taboola.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple campaigns.
  • A collaborative team player who communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools and an understanding of how large language models can enhance campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in campaign setup best practices.
  • Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Looker Studio.
  • A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business or a related field is preferred but not essential. Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are advantageous.
