As an Operations and Performance Executive, you\’ll work side-by-side with a Head of Region to support the performance of a business unit with hundreds of people, dozens of branches, and thousands of families relying on our service every year. From your first day, you\’ll be exposed to how real businesses run – from budgets and people to transformation and customer care.
This role is part specifically set up to develop future leaders in the business – designed to give outstanding early-career talent real responsibility, direct exposure to senior leadership, and the support to grow into an exceptional leader in operations, commercial, or transformation roles.
What you\’ll be doing
- Partner with your region\’s senior leader to improve performance across branches and teams
- Help analyse and interpret performance data to inform decision-making
- Support the delivery of major initiatives – from customer service programmes to digital upgrades
- Get involved in the day-to-day running of the business – including people, process and customer challenges
- Share insights and learning across regions to help shape the future of the business

- You may be a recent graduate with relevant work experience (such as a placement year), or someone early in your career ready to step into a high-responsibility role
