It's no small task - and we're looking for a Probate Solicitor to help us do it.
The
Role: This role is responsible for helping customers put important plans in place through Dignity Legal Services' Telephone Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) services.
The position involves communicating with customers who have previously shown an interest in the services, understanding their individual needs, and guiding them toward the right solution.
It requires balancing commercial sales performance with a high standard of empathetic customer care, particularly when discussing sensitive personal subjects.
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
Exceeding revenue and conversion targets.
Effective pipeline management, conversion rates, and proactive follow-up times.
Maintenance of accurate customer records and adherence to service quality standards.
Compliance with responsible selling practices and FCA background guidelines KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
