You will manage Funeral Service Operatives and Shift Supervisors, coordinate diaries, fleet use and stock, and drive improvements while maintaining the highest standards for families we serve. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, support out-of-hours collections, and act as the key contact in the absence of others.
