Overview
Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS Civil Engineering (NEC Contracts) – Location: Sussex or Kent; 1 day a week in Falmer. Sector: Civil Engineering / Infrastructure. Type: Permanent | Hybrid Working.
Our client, a leading UK infrastructure delivery partner, is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major civil engineering project in Sussex. This role suits an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with NEC contract experience and a background in civil engineering, infrastructure, water, or energy. The role supports a long-term infrastructure programme with strong career progression and hybrid working arrangements.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage commercial and contractual activities across the full project lifecycle, ensuring robust cost control, contractual compliance, and value for money while supporting successful project delivery.
