A leading construction consultancy specialising in commercial disputes has an opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantum Consultant to join their team in Central London. The role will appeal to a Senior Quantity Surveyor interested in pursuing a career in claims and dispute management. The company supports professional qualifications such as an MSc in Construction Law or RICS Expert Witness. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in claims, disputes, and arbitration on high-profile landmark projects. This is a hybrid role with two to three days per week expected in the London office. The Role Working as part of an experienced team, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will support claims and disputes for a range of construction main contractors on major projects across the UK and internationally. Responsibilities Include Supporting the analysis and assessment of claims and counterclaims Analyzing large quantities of data and understanding relevant key areas Using Excel and other software to analyze quantum data Providing specialist expert advice Assisting the lead consultant with writing expert reports Experience Required Degree level education; ideally working towards CIARB or RICS accreditation Experience working on claims or disputes, preferably for a main contractor on major projects Thorough understanding of NEC contracts Proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills Intersect is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity within the workplace.
