This is a great opportunity to work on heavy civils schemes, offering a variety of technical challenges across earthworks, highways, and a rail interface. The Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager and working as part of a team on civil engineering projects valued between £10M – £50M Managing Sub-Contracts Reporting on Cost, Value, and Change Managing Change effectively Attending Client Meetings Providing leadership and support to commercial and operational colleagues Experience Required Educated to BSc Quantity Surveying with a successful track record as a lead Quantity Surveyor on civil engineering projects valued around £10M+ Experience working on highways projects Good working knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts This role is suitable for ambitious Senior QSs seeking a rewarding career with a forward-thinking construction company, offering autonomy and growth opportunities.
