Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals. This role requires a strong background in management, B2B sales, and leadership, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence. The Sales Director will utilise analysis skills and Salesforce expertise to optimise sales processes and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
- Handle end-to-end sales: prospecting, pitching, closing, and account handover
- Take ownership of revenue generation and sales targets
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Close high value deals and partnerships
- Present our services (Web Design, bespoke software development, SEO, PPC, Mobile App, CRM Development)
Team Management:
- Hire, train, and mentor the sales team
- Set KPIs and monitor performance
- Create a results driven sales environment
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain relationships with key clients
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Focus on securing both new and returning clients
Requirements:
- 5–10+ years of sales experience with leadership role
