Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Part Time, 16.25 hours per week, Term Time only plus insets.

Salary: £9,142 based on hours and weeks worked (Equal to £12.61 per hour)

Full Time Equivalent Salary: £24,310 - £24,819 (CLF Grade Ai) based on 37 hours per week, all year round.

You’ll be responsible for assisting with school menu planning, food preparation and cooking, and working within a wider team to ensure catering services are carried out efficiently on a daily basis, including stock control and ensuring duties are carried out within a set budget.

About you:

  • Minimum of a Level 2 award in Food Safety
  • A UK Driving License (this role will involve transporting the meals from the primary setting and serving them at our secondary location)
  • Previous experience within catering for large numbers in a supervisory role
  • Awareness of Health and Safety, dietary and allergen requirements
  • Commitment to providing a high-quality and consistent catering service with the ability to work within a busy environment
