We are working with a fast growing integrated digital agency looking for a strong Account Manager to join their team. They are the agency behind three of the top ten TikTok Shops in the US and UK, working with impressive global brands across health, supplements and beauty, delivering outstanding results.

This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the UK, US, or Canada.

As the Account Manager, you'll sit at the centre of a pod of three to four specialists including media buyers, creator ops and shop operators, owning a portfolio of eCommerce clients who are serious about performance. These are ROI driven brands with high expectations, and you'll be the person who keeps everything on track, clients informed and delivery running smoothly.

  • Owning day to day client relationships across a portfolio of high-growth eCommerce accounts
  • Sending weekly client updates covering status, wins, risks and next steps
  • Spotting scope creep, delivery delays and commercial risk before they become problems
  • Participating in weekly performance reviews across paid, creator and shop

A performance marketing background is essential, ideally as a media buyer or similar. Deep eCommerce knowledge including unit economics, CPA and CPM is required. Proven agency background with a strong understanding of retainer management, pod structures and client services is necessary. Solid experience across the full eCommerce ecosystem is expected. Familiarity with paid media, including campaign objectives, ROAS, creative performance is important. TikTok Shop experience is a bonus.
