We are working with a fast growing integrated digital agency looking for a strong Account Manager to join their team. They are the agency behind three of the top ten TikTok Shops in the US and UK, working with impressive global brands across health, supplements and beauty, delivering outstanding results.
This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the UK, US, or Canada.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning day to day client relationships across a portfolio of high-growth eCommerce accounts.
- Sitting at the centre of a small pod of specialists and keeping everyone aligned and moving in the right direction.
- Driving onboarding speed and setting clear expectations from day one.
- Sending weekly client updates covering status, wins, risks and next steps.
- Spotting scope creep, delivery delays and commercial risk before they become problems.
- Participating in weekly performance reviews across paid, creator and shop.
What we're looking for:
- A performance marketing background is essential, ideally as a media buyer or similar.
- Deep eCommerce knowledge including unit economics, CPA and CPM.
- Proven agency background with a strong understanding of retainer management, pod structures and client services.
- Solid experience across the full eCommerce ecosystem.
- A good understanding of creator and affiliate marketing, including what strong creator output looks like and how to identify pipeline issues before they impact results.
- Familiarity with paid media, including campaign objectives, ROAS, creative performance.
- Commercially aware with a clear understanding of margin and business impact.
- An excellent communicator who builds client confidence and trust.
- Highly organised and operationally strong, with exceptional attention to detail and a clear sense of ownership.
- Based in the UK, US, or Canada.
- TikTok Shop experience is a bonus.
