We’re working with a fast-growing Microsoft-focused consultancy that specialises in delivering customer engagement and CRM transformation projects across the UK. They’re looking for someone who sits between a Business Analyst and Functional Consultant but crucially, someone who wants to move further into the technical side of Dynamics 365 CE over time. This is not a pure BA role. It’s a career transition role into a hybrid consultant profile.
Required Experience
- 2+ years as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant (CRM or business systems)
- Strong in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and workshop delivery
- Experience with process mapping (As-Is / To-Be) and writing user stories/specs
- Exposure to CRM platforms.
- Basic understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales / Customer Service / Marketing)
- Some hands‑on exposure to configuration (fields, forms, workflows)
- Clear interest in developing technical skills (Power Platform, low‑code, solution design)
