What will I be doing?
- Leave no stone unturned – you'll recruit, headhunt and network with candidates in the technology space across Europe.
- Master and uncover new and existing tools and techniques for candidate attraction and communication.
- Advise & consult - being honest and transparent to give credible advice, thoughts, feedback and solutions to clients and candidates.
- Market research and analysis in tech - start from scratch and make it like the back of your hand.
- Build the foundations to be an elite recruiter in your industry.
- As you accelerate through your initial training period you’ll learn how to pitch, present and sell DigiTech’s unique services.
- A cocktail of Sales, Networking, Marketing, Creative Writing & Social Media with a pinch of determination and a squeeze of creativity!
What we need you to bring:
- Ability to solve problems, advise and consult people.
- Proven experience or potential in building meaningful relationships.
- Experience or desire to sell.
- Experience in committing to self-learning.
- Creative ideas when it comes to writing emails and using social media.
- Out-of-the-box thinker.
- Confident in speaking to people face-to-face, over the phone, video, etc.
- Ability to research - information gathering and hunting.
