We’re working with a high-growth SaaS start-up who are looking to hire an Executive Operations Partner to work closely with their senior leadership team. This is a highly trusted role, offering direct exposure to the C-suite, where you’ll help drive operational efficiency, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to marketing and growth projects across the business.
The Role
- Act as a key operational partner to the C-suite
- Support business operations, planning, and execution
- Partner with the CEO on key operational aspects
- Conduct research to support strategic decision-making
- Assist with marketing, growth, and commercial initiatives

About You
- A bachelor's degree from a well-recognised university
- Experience in an operations, executive support, or strategy role (startup or SaaS experience is a plus)

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, commercially minded, and able to work autonomously
