My client who are at the forefront of the Payments industry seek a Senior Operational Resilience Manager. The Senior Operational Resilience Manager will lead a small team of operational resilience focused specialists to enable the continued implementation of the resilience frameworks and incident management process within 1LoD.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Extensive hands on experience as an in-house practitioner delivering and maintaining operational resilience systems in alignment with regulatory guidelines.
  • Detailed knowledge of UK payments methods.
  • Experience working within the financial services/ banking industry is desirable.
  • Systemic risk / Scenario testing end to end / Crisis management experience.
