We’re working with a high-growth SaaS start-up who are looking to hire an Executive Operations Partner to work closely with their senior leadership team.
This is a highly trusted role, offering direct exposure to the C-suite, where you’ll help drive operational efficiency, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to marketing and growth projects across the business.
The Role
Working day-to-day with founders and senior leaders, you will:
Act as a key operational partner to the C-suite
Support business operations, planning, and execution
Partner with the CEO on key operational aspects
Conduct research to support strategic decision-making
Assist with marketing, growth, and commercial initiatives
Help drive structure and process as the company scales
About You
Experience in an operations, executive support, or strategy role (startup or SaaS experience is a plus)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, commercially minded, and able to work autonomously
