They require a Software Engineering Team Lead to lead a high-performing engineering team who are responsible for building and scaling a B2B Saa S platform.
This is a technical leadership role with people management.
You will lead the design, development, and delivery at the same time manage, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers (backend, frontend, and/or data engineers).
Experience needed
- Proven experience leading a software development team ideally in a Saa S environment.
- Extensive experience in backend development (e. g., APIs, microservices, distributed systems).
- Familiarity with AWS.
- Solid understanding of system scalability, performance optimization, and security.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
