A rapidly expanding cyber group is building a brand new sales function in Leeds and is hiring two Sales Leads to head up newly formed pods. This is a chance to step into a role with real ownership, shape how a team operates, and help build a high performing sales engine from the ground up.
The Role
As a Sales Lead, you’ll run a pod of six junior BDMs focused on selling core cyber services including Pen Testing and Cyber Essentials. This isn’t enterprise level complexity, it’s fast moving, high activity sales where structure, clarity and coaching make all the difference. You’ll set the pace, drive performance, and make sure your pod understands the market and how to win in it. The wider group has recently undergone acquisition and is investing heavily, so you’ll be stepping into a business with momentum and long‑term backing.
