We’re hiring on behalf of a leading cyber services provider looking for a Partner Growth Manager to onboard, enable, and accelerate new direct partners. You’ll ensure partners understand the company’s cyber security offering, adopt it quickly, and generate early recurring revenue. You’ll manage partners until they progress into the next tier of the partner programme.
Responsibilities:
- Lead new partner onboarding and guide partners through activation
- Educate partners on products, services, and best‑practice usage
- Drive product adoption to accelerate early revenue generation
- Build and maintain relationships with new partners to increase MRR
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners
- Identify joint sales opportunities and build an initial pipeline in the CRM
- Qualify and profile partners to support long‑term success
- Track KPIs including partner activation, revenue, and programme progression
- Participate in QBRs to share insights and performance updates
- Improve onboarding processes to reduce time‑to‑revenue
Experience & Skills:
- Channel or partner management experience, ideally in SaaS, cyber‑security, or technology
- Strong onboarding or customer success background with the ability to guide partners through activation
- Sales awareness and experience identifying revenue opportunities
