What You’ll Do:- Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering collaboration, autonomy, and continuous improvement
- Drive architectural and technical decisions across web platforms, with a strong foundation in modern JavaScript and TypeScript
- Stay hands-on when needed—providing guidance on areas like automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright), CI/CD, and performance optimization
- Work closely with product, design, and stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business goals
- Champion engineering best practices including testing, code reviews, clean architecture, and scalable system design
- Build a culture of trust, innovation, and accountability within your team
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead with a track record of building successful, collaborative teams
- Strong background in JavaScript/TypeScript development, with the ability to support and challenge engineers on technical matters
- Familiarity with modern frontend and backend frameworks, automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress), and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills—you inspire and coach as much as you deliver
